Repair the World is a small organization working to make big change, and right now, we could use an extra hand. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Office Manager/Executive Assistant: The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will have a keen mind, attention to detail, boundless energy and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a skillful and timely fashion. As the frontline representative of the organization to internal and external partners, the Office Manager/Executive Assistant must produce excellent work: clear, concise, accurate and well-organized. The individual must take initiative in identifying problems and crafting solutions—and have strong interpersonal skills to help implement those solutions with good judgment, discretion and tact.   • Social Marketing Assistant: The Social Marketing Assistant will support the organization’s communications and outreach efforts with the creation and dissemination of content that inspires North American Jews to engage in volunteer service. This includes managing Repair’s e-mail marketing lists and social media properties, drafting and recruiting content for Repair’s website, publicizing Repair and partners online, engaging in online outreach and community-building efforts, and providing online support to website users.   • American Jewish World Service: AJWS seeks a visionary strategist and talented manager to lead the team that runs AJWS’s five international volunteer service programs. The successful candidate will bring a diverse skill set to this position: a laser-like focus on execution, a vision for growing the impact of AJWS’s service programs and deepening AJWS’s role as a leader in the Jewish service and service-learning movements, and an ability to work across sectors to take advantage of the burgeoning national service movement.
