- Office Manager/Executive Assistant: The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will have a keen mind, attention to detail, boundless energy and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a skillful and timely fashion. As the frontline representative of the organization to internal and external partners, the Office Manager/Executive Assistant must produce excellent work: clear, concise, accurate and well-organized. - Social Marketing Assistant: The Social Marketing Assistant will support the organization’s communications and outreach efforts with the creation and dissemination of content that inspires North American Jews to engage in volunteer service. This includes managing Repair’s e-mail marketing lists and social media properties, drafting and recruiting content for Repair’s website, publicizing Repair and partners online, engaging in online outreach and community-building efforts, and providing online support to website users.
