Repair the World

On Campus

“Today, I have a deeper sense of belonging, and know that I am exactly where I need to be.” – Repair the World campus intern

Scores of Jewish students are stepping up to serve thanks to our partnership with local Hillels across the country and The Bronfman Youth Fellowships in Israel-Repair the World Campus Ambassadors program. With our training, Hillel-based professionals and BYFI staff work to mobilize students to addresses real community needs, implement new service initiatives and connect students to post-college service opportunities.  Check out the Daily Dose for frequent stories about our amazing students.

About our BYFI-Repair Campus Ambassadors:

Repair the World and Bronfman Youth Fellowships in Israel have partnered to create a program which brings together amazing college-age alumni of the BYFI to participate in ten months of learning and skill-building with the goal of empowering them to lead and enhance service opportunities on their respective campuses. This year’s BYFI-Repair Campus Ambassadors Program brings together eight outstanding individuals who will engage in a community of practice in order to sharpen the skills and qualities necessary to lead high-quality service programs on campus, explore the connections between their service and Judaism, and participate in meaningful reflection on their roles as emerging leaders. This is the second year of the BYFI-Repair Campus Ambassadorship and we’re thrilled to watch their incredible work unfold. Stay tuned!

We’re also working with local Hillels:

Repair the World currently partners with Hillels at seven universities (featured below) and has engaged over 1,800 students in service over the last year! We work directly with service-dedicated professionals at these Hillels to develop the depth and breadth of their social action programs. In addition, we’re following and watching the incredible work that many students are leading and founding on their campuses. Stay informed via our blog!
