More than 66,000 people are experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County. OCLA has developed a free mobile app that empowers people experiencing resource insecurity to find and connect to free programs providing food, shelter, healthcare, legal aid, crisis support, hygiene facilities, and more. Volunteers will research and make calls to ensure the app database has the most up-to-date shelter information available. Help us track our impact! Have a friend who wants to participate? Instead of forwarding the toolkit, please invite them to register on our website.

Trans folks all over the world face discrimination simply by existing in systems that don’t provide support, protections, or affirming care. Volunteers will handwrite notes for trans youth and adults, letting them know they are seen, supported, and valid. Point of Pride will include these letters in donations of free chest binders and femme shapewear (garments that help trans folks live more safely, comfortably and authentically). Help us track our impact! Have a friend who wants to participate? Instead of forwarding the toolkit, please invite them to register on our website.

Clinics’ offerings are changing rapidly around the country. Verify and update a comprehensive abortion provider database that makes it as easy as possible for people to find the information they need, without having to sift through a lot of noise or, worse, misinformation and stigma from anti-abortion organizations.
