Hey future Jewish leaders of the world, listen up. The Schusterman Foundation has big news for you. They are launching #MakeItHappen – a campaign inviting inspiring young people (that means you!) to submit proposals for a project, event, or program that will engage community members in meaningful Jewish experiences.

And here’s the kicker: the 50 selected ideas will receive a micro grant of up to $5,000 to – you guessed it – make it happen.

Here are the details:
– If you are 18 or older, visit the #MakeItHappen website and upload your project or event idea.
– Your project can be based anywhere in the world, as long as it engages the local Jewish community in a meaningful Jewish experience. Service and volunteer opportunities that are framed within a Jewish context are totally eligible.
– Schusterman will select ideas on a rolling basis between October and December, announcing new recipients every week.
– In addition to funding, Schusterman will help you realize your project by connecting you with local partner organizations (Birthright NEXT, Moishe House, etc.)

So go ahead: take your dream for an amazing project and #MakeItHappen today!
