Join Repair and the Miami Jewish community as we care for our world by cleaning up Virginia Key Beach. Reverse Tashlich turns a spiritual ritual into hands-on environmental action — as we symbolically cast off what no longer serves us, we also remove real plastic pollution from our waterways, protecting marine life and local ecosystems. Guided by the Jewish value of shmirat ha'adamah (protecting the earth), we'll mobilize together through Jewish environmental education and stewardship, meeting a pressing need while building community and connection. This is Jewish service in action — joyful, grounded, and in pursuit of a more just, sustainable world.

Start the new year by doing good with Emanu-El and Repair the World! On Rosh Hashanah, we cast our regrets into the water with Tashlich. At Reverse Tashlich, we flip 🔄 the ritual: instead of tossing breadcrumbs in, we'll get trash out, cleaning up our shoreline and starting 5787 🎉 with our hands in the work of repair.

This week, we're tie dyeing for a cause. Ambassador Daniella Kaplan is hosting a service event supporting Women's Lunch Place, a Boston nonprofit serving women experiencing homelessness and poverty. Come by, dye something wearable, and spend an afternoon with people who care about the same things you do.

Join us for our monthly cooking session with Silverstein Base Lincoln Park! Together, we cook and serve a meal for the residents in transitional housing at Lincoln Park Community Services.

Join us for another Soup & Serve at Zaban Paradies, partnered with Souper Jenny’s Zadie Project. We'll prepare a meal, share it with residents, and sit together — guests and hosts at the same table. Open to anyone who wants to spend an evening in the simple, grounding work of being present in service and community.
