Lead Jewish Service in Your Community
Are you passionate about making a difference for your neighbors? Do you have a talent for bringing people together and a love for Jewish learning? Become a Michael Kay Jewish Service Ambassador and lead Jewish volunteer programs today!
What is a Service Ambassador?
Jewish Service Ambassadors have previously participated in a Repair or a JSA partner program and are motivated to facilitate volunteer programs that mobilize 15 or more of their peers to serve and learn. Equipped with training and a stipend, ambassadors are empowered to lead programs, inspire their community to get involved, and represent our Jewish values in their local service. It is perfect for those who want to make a difference right where they live and for those who are interested in continuing their Jewish service journey. As an ambassador, you'll:
Develop leadership skills and expand your professional network
Create lasting change in your community
Get access to a database of Jewish service resources and learning materials
Strengthen program planning and facilitation skills
Deepen your understanding of social issues and Jewish values
Receive volunteer stipend for your efforts – up to $150 per program
