Join Repair, Base Boston, Eitz Chayim, and Moho Central at Temple Beth Shalom for a morning of shmoozing, learning, and Reverse Tashlich with other young adults. Reverse Tashlich flips the tradition on its head: instead of casting away, we take action to clean our waterways. Meet at 9:30 at TBS for coffee, snacks, shmoozing, and learning. At 10:00 we'll walk over together to a park on the Charles and arrive around 10:30 for the clean up. Come build community and welcome the High Holidays through meaningful service. TBS is hosting a minyan at 8:30 that all participants are invited to join. This event is part of Repair's Fall National Days of Jewish Service. Reverse Tashlich is an Initiative of Repair the Sea.

September 11th calls us to remember, together. This kit-packing project honors the lives lost that day and the veterans who served our country, weaving Jewish learning into hands-on action. Yom Kippur's zikaron, sacred remembrance, and Rosh Hashanah's renewal guide our reflection on grief and gratitude. Volunteers will pack care kits for veterans at NYC's only homeless shelter dedicated to those who served, offering comfort and honor. Join us for an afternoon of service, learning, and community. Join us at LA's newest Moishe House in Pico Robertson to make cards for local firefighters as we mark 25 years since 9/11. This hands-on service activity honors the brave men and women who answered a call to service that day and those who continue to serve our local community every day since. Bring your creativity (artistic skills optional) as we remind firefighters that their sacrifice is seen and deeply appreciated by the community they protect.
