If you work at a Jewish organization in Orange County, this one's for you. Every third Tuesday, Jewish young adult professionals from synagogues, nonprofits, camps, schools, Hillels, and more get on Zoom to connect, share what we're each working on, look for partners, and pick up some Jewish learning worth bringing back to your own network. Come with something you're building, or just come listen.

In Parashat Noach, the flood covers the earth and one family is charged with protecting every living creature. In South Florida, that story feels close to home. Join Repair the World Miami and Rabbi Ed of Repair the Sea on Zoom for an open conversation about climate change through the lens of the Torah portion. Together we’ll look at God’s covenant with all living things once the waters recede and ask what it asks of us now: how we care for the earth, how we show up for neighbors hit hardest by storms and rising seas, and how we hold onto hope when the challenge feels huge.

Same meeting, midday option. If you made the Tuesday session, you don't need this one. If you work at a Jewish organization in Orange County, this one's for you. Every third Thursday during lunch, Jewish young adult professionals from synagogues, nonprofits, camps, schools, Hillels, and more get on Zoom to connect, share what we're each working on, look for partners, and pick up some Jewish learning worth bringing back to your own network. Come with something you're building, or just come listen.

Parent Recharge is designed for University Synagogue PreK parents, built around service, connection, and rest. During this program, we will make t-shirt tote bags together to donate to WISEPlace's bi-monthly farmers market for the neighbors they serve. While our hands are busy, we will discuss what it's like to lean on our support networks instead of carrying everything alone, community care, and letting go of the guilt that comes with putting yourself first.
