Together, with Adat Ari El, let’s honor Holocaust survivors. L’Dough V’Dough invites you to braid and bake challah, actively fulfilling the value of L’Dor V’Dor (from generation to generation). While kneading the dough, you will reflect on the importance of passing stories from one generation to the next. As your challah bakes, you will be joined by a survivor, child of survivors, or grandchild of survivors who will share their own or their family's story of survival and perseverance. Join Repair the World and Mishkan Chicago to sit with that complexity through text study and honest conversation, then channel it into action by writing letters of encouragement for young patients at a local children's hospital.

Volunteer with The Lunch Club and join JCCSF and Repair the World Bay Area at our monthly program to make lunch bags on Tuesday, July 14th 6:30pm - 8:30pm in San Francisco. This volunteer program is designed for young adults in their 20s and 30s who want to make a meaningful impact in the community. Together, we'll make 200 sandwiches and pack them into lunch bags for shelter residents of St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco, and we need your help to make it happen 🥪
