Serve 250
Service is how we strengthen America, thread by thread. For 250 years, neighbors have shown up for neighbors, and communities have come together across differences. In Jewish tradition, we are commanded to care for the stranger; it is the most repeated commandment in the Torah. That commandment has never felt more urgent.
This summer, we’re showing up, living our Jewish values, and strengthening America, one act of service at a time.
Serve 250 runs June 10 through July 10. Jews and their communities across the country will show up side by side, rooted in shared values, at a moment that asks something real of us.

This moment asks something of us. Here's how to answer.
Right now, people are lonelier and more divided than ever. Service breaks that open. From June 10 through July 10, Jews and their communities will show up across the country, not to agree on everything, but to stand side by side and meet pressing needs in their communities. That shared purpose builds trust in ways debate alone never can.
Register to ServeAmerica turns 250 this year. That’s worth showing up for. By learning, growing, and taking action with our neighbors, we build the trust and connection our communities need, and strengthen our democratic process. We’re proud to partner with A More Perfect Union to offer civic engagement opportunities in support of free, fair, safe, and accessible elections, scaled to meet you where you are. Repairing the world, tikkun olam, isn’t a single act. It’s a practice. Through strengthening each other, hitchazkut, we become people who keep showing up — for our communities, and for our democracy, thread by thread.
Make Your CommitmentAs America approaches its 250th anniversary, how can service unite us? Join Repair the World and partners from Points of Light, More in Common, and Chamber of Connection for a conversation on the power of service to build connection, bridge divides, and combat loneliness at this pivotal moment. The program includes research spotlights from each organization, followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A.
Date/Time: June 30 | 2:00–3:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM–12:00 PM PT
