Join JCC Harlem for a family-friendly Community Volunteer Day at St. Nicholas Park in honor of America 250. Together, we'll clean and beautify a historic Harlem green space as part of our partnership with the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. Participants of all ages are welcome to pick up trash, take part in fun arts and crafts activities, and help care for the neighborhood we share. We'll also explore Jewish and interfaith texts that connect our traditions to a shared commitment to community care — because strong neighborhoods are built when people show up for one another across lines of difference.
