Dodi Taylor, a Catalyst Fellow and Jewish community engagement manager in St. Louis, launched LabriYOUt, a service program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through nutrition education and Jewish values. Inspired by her work at the Jewish Community Center and Federation, Taylor designed a three-part series that teaches healthy decision-making and self-care through hands-on activities like cooking and gardening. The program, grounded in dignity, community, and self-care, received strong early feedback and aims to continue beyond its initial pilot.
