Community spotlight: South Florida native on a mission to engage Miami’s young Jews

South Florida native Rian Ehrlich, the new city director of Repair the World Miami, is working to inspire young Jewish adults to live out the value of tikkun olam through service. After a career in marketing, she felt called to strengthen her community by mobilizing volunteers to address local issues like housing insecurity, poverty, and mental health while deepening Jewish connection and belonging across Miami.
