Announcing the JSA Israel Service Seminar: A Unique Opportunity to Engage with Israel’s Service Movement

We are excited to introduce the JSA Israel Service Seminar, a unique opportunity to engage with Israel’s service movement at a critical moment for the country. Led by Repair the World and Yahel Israel, this journey will allow us to connect with local leaders, engage in hands-on service, and explore how service strengthens Israel’s resilience in the aftermath of October 7th.

Participants in the JSA Israel Service Seminar will:

• Connect, building meaningful connections with fellow leaders in Jewish service, exchanging ideas and best practices
• Learn, engaging in on-the-ground Jewish service learning to empower JSA leaders to incorporate hands-on experiences and insights into their Jewish service learning and programming
• Serve, addressing pressing needs in partnership with Jews and Arabs in Israel through service as a statement of solidarity, achdoot
• Convene, participating in the inaugural Service Matters: Israel Summit to shape the future of international volunteering in Israel and foster peer learning.

This trip is a call to action—an opportunity to learn, reflect, and bring back insights that will strengthen our communities. We’re honored to embark on this journey with our partners and participants and look forward to all we will experience together.
