As young Jews face growing mental health challenges, Jewish leaders are turning to a timeless tradition for support: service to others. Research from BeWell and data from Repair the World show that volunteering strengthens well-being, belonging, and purpose. Through programs like the Service Corps and the Catalyst Fellowship, Repair the World and the Jewish Federations of North America are expanding opportunities for young people to serve, learn, and build resilience, showing that in Jewish life, helping others helps us heal, too.
