News & Jews- Jewish Federations of North America and Repair the World Announce Fourth Catalyst Cohort to Strengthen Jewish Life Through Jewish Service Leadership

Repair the World and Jewish Federations of North America have launched the fourth cohort of The Catalyst, a professional development fellowship training Federation professionals to design and lead impactful Jewish service programs in their communities. Eleven fellows from across the U.S. and Canada will spend five months engaging with Repair the World’s curriculum, participating in an in-person service experience at FedPro, and receiving up to $7,000 in microgrant funding to launch or expand a service initiative. Through The Catalyst, Repair and JFNA are investing in the next generation of Jewish community leaders, equipping them to make service a cornerstone of Jewish life.
