Young Adult Book Club
For ages 15-22, this book club meets on Zoom every other Tuesday from June 18th-August 13th. We’ll be reading The Death of an American Jewish Community: A Tragedy of Good Intentions by Hillel Levine and Lawrence Harmon, which explores racial and housing history in Boston.
Aleph Bet: Serve & Learn
For ages 22-39, this is a learning seminar focused on learning to read and write the Hebrew alphabet in both script and cursive. We’ll also be covering some of the symbolic meaning and divination techniques associated with the letters and Hebrew language.
We also have an optional service track, where you can earn a stipend!
Serve and learn at one of our upcoming volunteer programs, making an impact in Boston while supporting social change through a Jewish lens in partnership with nonprofits in our community.
